These recreational lessons are for anyone wanting to enjoy swimming as apart of their weekly fitness regime, it is great for the mind and body allowing yourself to enjoy the flow in the water. I believe that swimming can be effortless for everyone once that have been taught the basic techniques. We utilse fins (flippers)and Pull bouys to start you out with ease.

We focus on breathing techniques to allow your mind to slow down, and enjoy the feel of the water.

Kickng sets to strengthen and tone legs and your core, limiting the chances of injury.

For those who just love being in the water this is fun and doable for any level of swimmer.
