We require pre-payments for all bookings; we do not handle cash at the beach due to Council laws. Payment options are Direct Transfer, credit card or PayPal. All payments are required to be finalized prior to lesson date. You are required to give 48 hours for direct transfer payments, if making a payment within 24 hours we require a bank transfer for receipt copy or credit card payment.

All participants are required to give Godfathers of the Ocean 24-hours notice for any cancellations for their booked lesson. If notification is received within 24-hours, a full refund or credit will be made. If Godfathers of the ocean do not receive a 24-hour notice no money will be refunded or credited.

Surf lessons will only be cancelled due to dangerous surf conditions i.e: when professional lifeguards close beaches. All participants will be given a full refund, credited or rescheduled lesson on any occasion as this.

No surf lessons are cancelled due to rainy conditions.

We understand there are times where you may fall ill; in the event that you are ill and you cannot attend your scheduled booking and or you cancel at last minute due to illness, Godfathers of the Ocean will require a doctor’s certificate, otherwise you will have forfeited your lesson.

Godfathers of the Ocean do not refund for any other reasons.

By making a booking confirmation and payment, you have accepted our terms and conditions.

All participants are to read and agree and sign the indemnity form prior to each lesson.

Materials on this site and any products and services obtained through this site and surf school are provided ‘as is’ without representations or warranties of any kind.
